From Chaos to Calm: How to Get Your Webinar or Course Launch Back on Track

A while back, a client came to me feeling stressed, she had a webinar to launch in a few weeks but had been let down by someone she hired on Fiverr and she hadn’t really gotten anywhere. She didn’t have time for social media or graphics, she still needed to create a landing page for sign-ups and get her facebook group ready for the course that would follow, so I took it all off her hands creating the funnel, the visuals, writing the copy, and scheduling a post every day to give her audience time to engage.

Time was already tight, and then, just a week before the event, her Facebook account got hacked, we were no longer able to get to her biggest audience and no longer had a platform to host the course that she was trying to find candidates for.

You can imagine the stress!

The first thing we did was pause. We wanted the webinar to be a success so even though it wasn’t the perfect timing we agreed to push the date back slightly so there was more breathing space to prepare and promote.

When Facebook was no longer an option, we moved everything over to Kajabi. I built the course from scratch, uploaded the materials, added her branding, and made sure everything flowed smoothly.

Once the course was live, I supported the community engagement, responding to comments, answering questions, and making sure participants felt seen and supported.

What This Experience Reminded Me

Support matters. You don’t have to do everything alone. Having someone alongside you who brings calm and structure makes the process lighter.

🌿 Flexibility helps you move forward. Plans can change (and often do), but there’s always another way.

🕊️ Small steps lead to big progress. Even under pressure, small consistent actions make all the difference.

💻 Tech hiccups happen. Lets face it, Tech is becoming increasingly more frustrating, what matters is having someone who can help figure out the solution and keep things moving, when you don’t have time to.

Have you ever had a project or launch that didn’t go to plan? What helped you get back on track?
